Because our designers need quiet space to concentrate, and because the volume of stock is better experienced with someone guiding you through it, we’re here to facilitate your visit rather than run it as open retail hours.
A lot of what’s in the Annex is easier to appreciate with context: what a fabric feels like, how a piece scales in a real room, which vendor line something came from. We’d rather walk you through it than have you wander it alone.
Expect a guided experience. Because the space is designed for focused design work as much as for browsing stock, we’ll walk you through what’s relevant to your project rather than leaving you to sort through 8,000 square feet on your own.
Design clients and trade professionals
If you’re already working with one of our designers, the Annex is where much of that work happens — seeing fabric in person, sitting in a chair before it goes in your living room, comparing case goods side by side.
It’s also where most Trade Program sourcing happens. A lot of independent designers don’t have the overhead to keep a full showroom stocked, which is exactly the gap the Annex fills: 8,000 square feet to pull from in person rather than sourcing blind from a catalog.

The Flagship Boutique on Central Avenue
Our downtown retail storefront, open regular hours with no appointment needed. If you’re just starting to explore what PECKY carries, it’s the easier first stop and gives a good sense of our style.
